Payment options- Mail-in payments byMoney Order or Certified Check, Personal check are accepted but shipment will be held until the check has cleared our bank. All prices in the J & S Arms database and on email quotes have been reduced by 3% for mail in payments in cash, money order or certified check. Credit card payments do not earn the 3% discount and the 3% must be added to the totalprice. we accept Visa, master Card, and Discover

All quoted pricesare for factory new items unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice from our wholesale distributors.

J & S Arms reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Inadvertent errors in advertised prices are not binding onjandsarms.com and my be adjusted at any time

Texas residents must pay 8.00% sales tax.No sales tax is collected if the item is shipped out of Texas

No unauthorized return. Pre-owned guns have a 3-day inspection privilege with a money back guarantee for full purchase price of the item ( shipping and handling is not refundable) Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned firearms and order cancellations.

All damaged in transit items must be reported to the freight carrier and J & S Arms immediately upon receipt of shipment

Any defective merchandise is under warranty by the manufacturer. Return items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
