J & S Arms sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearms laws.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS AND 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE HAND GUNS. CHECK YOU LOCAL AND STATE LAWS

Federal firearms laws prevents J&S Arms from shipping directly to individuals without a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License), therefore we only ship them to an FFL Dealer.

In order to expedite the process and to ensure that you have a trouble-free experience with J&S Arms, we recommend that you contact an FFL Dealer and make arrangements with them prior to placing your order with us. 

We will not contact the dealer for you to arrange the transfer.

Most dealers charge a fee for a firearms transfer.  This is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is a transaction between you and your FFL Dealer.

All required background checks will be performed.

Once you are ready to purchase complete the following steps:

1. Complete your purchase on line. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2. If you haven’t made prior arrangements, find an FFL dealer in your area that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you.

 4. Have your FFL dealer mail or fax a signed copy of their FFL to J & S arms at

5. Once J & S Arms has received the signed FFL and your full payment, your firearm will be shipped.

All firearms are shipped least cost, so please allow 3-5 days to receive your firearm. 

Certain firearms and accessories are not legal for sale in California, New Jersey, Maryland, New York and other states and localities where their use, possession, or sale are prohibited by law. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBLITY to be familiar with their local and state firearms related laws, restrictions and ownership requirements.
